I’m looking forward to speaking at the Travel Meets Big Data hackathon and conference in Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute(*) next month. I’ll be talking about customer experience, and some of the challenges big data and innovation may help address:
Customer Experience Challenges Facing The Travel Industry
- Customer Knowledge
How little data those responsible for customer experience actually have. - The Moment of Truth
How delays impact all participants in the customer journey. - Lifetime Value
Why airlines and travel companies need to think beyond the next sale to survive.
I’m on at the start of the event on Friday evening the 18th of November and I’ll also be attending the hackathon for most of the weekend – although not entering myself. Let me know if you are planning on being there.
The event is being organised by Entrepreneurs Anonymous and supported by Blackstone Launchpad, an experiential entrepreneurship program open to Trinity students, alumni, staff and faculty.
