I realise I’ve probably said it everywhere except here, but my mission, and the mission of CJ Ignition, is to improve customer experience in travel.
No matter whether you are B2B or B2C, if you can’t communicate the benefit of what you do for the end consumer you are going to struggle to understand your own purpose or the true needs of your buyer (end consumer or not).
